We just couldn’t find this location with our GPS. Therefore, we called, and Gary helped us to get to the location. Once there the office was clean, great music and everyone seems to be kind. The surprise of the day is when we met an old friend Shiela who was actually our nurse. By the way, the service was great.

Dr. Joe Eckford is fantastic dentist but most of all he does painless dentistry. To me Dr. Joe's painless denistry is above awsome. He doesn't talk much because he totally consentrates on his work. He works tirelessly to give a flawless product to me. Office is cleans all instruments are sealed & wrapped which makes me feel safe. His office staff is friendly, professional and definitely provide a positive atmosphere. On my visit today I got a big smile from him. This dentist goes above and beyond in the customer care department. When you choose Dr. E you will not be disappointed. Most importantly, he stands behind his work, provides excellent after service care, customer satisfaction and is attentative to patient concerns. Dr. Joe Eckford is a great dentist. I simply Must give a shout out to Dr J Eckford and his outstanding assistant, Bella for their excellent work and welcoming of a new patient today. Dr. E worked quickly and efficiently and with care for my concerns as a shall we say "nervous"new patient. Both were very kind and I truly appreciated the attention I received especially from Miss Bella who kept encouraging me to make it through the procedures by telling me "Almost done... you are doing great"I felt calmer and being taken very well cared of. First impressions is very important in business . my appointment was 9am got there 8.30am was only seen at 10am .i am glad i don't have to work today i could have missed work or arrived late. Every other treatment was great. Will recommend them in future but mid day appointment will be the best

Initially I was very nervous about going to the dentist, but the staff made me feel very much at ease. They are so courteous and friendly, they explain everything that they’re about to do and answer all questions you may have. Dr. Eckford Jr. is very efficient and professional. He did a great job in explaining the procedures and carry them out. The level of knowledge, compassion, and professionalism is outstanding. Great, caring, prompt and professional service is at-hand in this office. Dr. Eckford Jr. is an awesome dentist and so is his dental assistants and staff. When you go to a dentist and have little or no pain you know he’s good.

The Firm of Lionel Williams & Associates is a five star Dental firm. I found the procedures excellent and pain free. I was always afraid of Dentist. This Dental Firm make going to the Dentist pleasant and rewarding.

A couple of years back I went in the office of Lionel Williams & Associates with a toothache that was sending a shocking feeling through my head and the family removed the tooth I was talked to through the entire process which was cool because they were concerned about me.
